Getting Started
How do I become a seller?
To start click on the seller application form, it is simple and will take you minutes to complete. Once approved, you will receive a welcome package email with our retailer agreement.
What qualification should I have?
We are looking for relationships with reputable retailers and brands that provide first-class customer service, a compelling product assortment, competitive pricing and fast, reliable fulfillment.
Is there a cost to become a seller?
There is not cost to become a seller or monthly subscription fees to sell your products. There’s a reasonable referral fee deducted once the product is sold.
Adding Your products
Once approved how do I add my products?
Once approved and signed Medentrx retailer agreement, you will receive a welcome package, instructions and videos on how to login/register to your Seller Store and search for the products you would like to sell from our database or upload your own products, create shipping accounts, update pricing, promotions, and more.
How do I manage my products?
You can manage your listings through your seller store. We are always here to help you in bulk uploading and editing of your products.
Does Medentrx offer assistance?
We are always here to help you in bulk uploading and editing of your products. Please visit “Seller Plans” to see different options for seller support package pricing.
Orders Processing and Taxes
How do I check and process my orders?
You will receive your sold item orders in the Seller Store or through an email notification if setup.
Do I need to have a clearing house?
You do not need a payment clearing house option setup to sell your products. Medentrx has that setup for your convenience and will collect the funds from customers on your behalf and settle it into your account.
What about Sales Tax?
MedentRx is considered a Market place facilitator and therefore, Medentrx will be collecting all sales taxes from products sold on its platform and remitting on behalf of all Seller/Vendors. MedentRx is not responsible for collecting or remitting any sales taxes sold by any Seller/Vendor outside of Medentrx platform.
Shipping and Returns
What about shipping?
You can select your carrier and shipping price and method in your seller store, Orders must be shipped in non-branded packaging. It is recommended to offer customers both standard and expedited shipping methods.
What are my shipping options?
You may use Medentrx pre-configured Custom Shipping options if you choose to, which are available and setup for your convenience. You may also create and use your own shipping options and carrier’s accounts by setting it up from your Seller Store shipping profile.
Return and customer service?
You can view the full return policy. Your customer service information (including your service email address, and customer service phone number) should be available to the customers of Medentrx.com
Getting Paid
How do I get my money?
You do not need to provide a bank account or a valid credit card number, all what you need to have is a PayPal business account that you can connect it to your seller store.
When do I get paid?
Once you deliver the products, payments will be automatically deposited into your PayPal account.
How much do I get paid?
You will receive the net amount of the transaction plus the shipping fees minus the merchant fee charged by PayPal (Excluding Taxes).
